How important is the machine park for component quality?

A modern and well-coordinated machine park is the foundation for reproducible results and stable production processes.

The range extends from very small, delicate precision parts in micro injection molding from approx. 0.1 g up to larger functional parts. For larger components, shot weights up to approx. 1,100 g and clamping forces up to 200 t / 2,000 kN are possible.
Which component size is suitable for a specific project depends on application, material and tool design.
