Quality

Certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

Certificates create comparability and provide orientation. For Hermann Gilbert, they are the formal foundation of a quality management system – not a substitute for it. What matters is how quality is implemented in daily work.

Certification

Quality management with a system.

Hermann Gilbert has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2003. The certification has been regularly renewed and updated to the respective current version of the standard.

Sie bestätigt, dass Prozesse strukturiert dokumentiert, überwacht und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden.

What certification means – and what it does not.

What the certification means.

ISO 9001 certification ensures that quality processes are clearly defined, documented and verifiable. However, it is not an end in itself.

Quality is not created by a certificate alone, but by:

Consistent application of processes

Regular inspections

Continuous improvement

Responsibility at all levels

Every employee is part of this understanding of quality.

Certification and quality in action

From system to implementation.

Quality assurance at Hermann Gilbert does not only stand for inspections, but also for problem solving. Deviations are analyzed, measures are implemented and processes are adjusted – quickly, reliably and practically.
