The biggest advantage of our plastics assembly process is its proximity to our own production facilities: as the components come straight from the injection moulding line at HERGIL, we assemble them immediately, without any detours, intermediate transport or additional interfaces. This saves time, reduces the potential for errors and keeps responsibility and quality in one place.

Depending on the product, we combine various joining and assembly methods – from screwing and clipping, through the insertion of seals and threaded inserts, to complete assemblies with integrated purchased parts. Every step is documented via work instructions and inspection plans and is traceable on a job-by-job basis – with the same care and attention to detail that has characterised our manufacturing for over 75 years.
